I would argue that the specific classifications for this drug in Italy are explicitly being used to vindicate or cast doubt on the doping charges levied against tennis player Jannik Sinner. I believe this section should be removed - there is no reason to include legality information on a country-by-country basis that only highlights Italy for the implicit purpose of supporting Sinner's claims.
