I've somehow accidently created a duplicate page? And I don't know how I did it?

Title is self-explanatory

I tried to move the Emblem of Iraq article over to Coat of arms of Iraq by undoing the revision of 10:19, 6 April 2022‎ by the Wikipedia user SonOfBabylon1, I highly apologise for this error and would recommend deleting the Coat of arms of Iraq article and renaming the Emblem of Iraq article to the CoA article.

I apologise for this technical error.
