I have rewritten the reference to Black's opinion to address the following: The article previously stated that Justice Hugo Black "would have vacated and remanded the case if it were not for his death in 1971". This is ludicrous. His death had nothing to do with the Court's decision; he died September 25 (see article on Hugo Black), whereas the Court rendered its decision on June 1 (link in the info box). Aside from that, he was already outvoted by Stewart, Douglas, Harlan, Brennan, and Marshall. 75.161.136.164 (talk) 09:35, 7 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
