I have created this article as a stub, but I have several ideas for expansion. Currently the article consists of little more than an overview and a brief history section. Both of these need expanding. I've included two references, from which more information can be found. Additionally, I have a few more credible sources of information that I can provide to anyone who wants to contribute to this article.
Here are a few additional topics that I'd like to see covered:
Farms/cultivation
Processing
Milling/marketing
Screen size
Coffee characteristics
Recent changes in the system
Problems/controversies in the system
Fair trade
I have ideas for all of these sections, but I have limited time, so I'll get to them when I can. In the meantime, I'd be glad to discuss these or any other ideas anyone might have. ScottW02:10, 15 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
