The phrase "By description"
editDoes anyone know what is meant by the phrase "by description" in this article? For instance, does this mean that the title of the legislation tells us something, or the detail of the legislation itself?

editI don't see a definition of legal tender anywhere in the Act. It defines which coins and notes are legal tender, but not what the term "legal tender" actually means. Hairy Dude (talk) 11:58, 28 May 2024 (UTC)
