Didn't realize there was a microscopic colitis article, merge? Still spurious classification in the medical literature, in my opinion.
Diet to help prevent Collagenous Colitis flares
editDiet can largely effect the outcome of collagenous colitis flares of pain and watery diarrhea without any warning. I am not a doctor but am a patient and have been for many, many years. A biopsy report years ago included a section on foods and drinks that should be avoided to help prevent diarrhea and pain. The following are some of the items listed: raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, caffeine and carbonated drinks.
I would like to see an updated report on this subject by a professional. I’m not positive that carbonated drinks was listed on my biopsy report. I have misplaced my biopsy report. Submitted November 23, 2021 Thank you, Sharon R. 104.139.101.73 (talk) 02:14, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
