Was vs. Is
editDespite what multiple IP editors are claiming, the college is not yet closed. We have sources on the page saying when it will close. It will be soon, and when that happens, it can be updated.Having commencement does not indicate the college is closed. Pinging @ElKevbo for an opinion, as I trust his thoughts on this matter either way. glman (talk) 00:05, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for pinging me. This looks very straight forward to me - sources say that the college will close in the future and the college itself says that it's still open (for a little while longer). ElKevbo (talk) 00:15, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
- Hi All - I agree with you both that last commencement does not equal closure, but St. Rose according to NYSED will end academic operations June 21 and then wrap up administratively at the end of December. Are we good with the June 21 date?

- My sense is that would be consistent with The King's College and ASA which TECHNICALLY are now in year 2 of the closed/not closed even though they are unaccredited now and have no classes. Jjazz76 (talk) 16:33, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
