Here, 2008 is mentioned as first year of occurrence in Europe, but earlier in the article 2006 and 2007 are given as first year for two European areas.

The References in this article are given as Notes and the Notes as References. I think these should be "switched". If you agree I would be grateful if you would do it for me. If I try I fear I will muck things up!!Osborne 21:25, 25 November 2015 (UTC)
