Use in Titanic

edit

The character Rose in Titanic (1997 film) (1997 film) sings the song as she awaits rescue after the ship had sunk. I assume that she sang the song in the 1997 version of the film, but I can only confirm that she sang the song in the 2012 3D version, for I just went to see it despite my distaste for 3D movies. Yes, it was in the original release. (From what I've read, the only change other than the 3-D visual remastering was to modify the background stars to accurately reflect their positions at the time.) One of few pieces of period music on the sound track otherwise mostly completely irrelevant to the era. -- Infrogmation (talk) 23:21, 8 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Only fragments of it were used; in the film the whole song was never sung completely. 144.124.4.81 (talk) 10:56, 2 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
