There have been news that Cosan agreed to buy a stake in Comgás. However, at the moment only memorandum of understanding is signed between Cosan and BG and that doe not mean that the deal is done. According to the source referred in the article, the deal is expected to be completed by the end 2012. Therefore, please to not add Comgás to the list of Cosan subsidiaries before the deal is entered into force. Also, doing this, please add a source saying that the deal has entered into force.
