@Rosguill, Paisarepa, and MarnetteD: This article was recently restored from a redirect with the edit summary restoring article: I was able to find mere mentions in what appears to be a reliable news source https://www.dhakatribune.com/bangladesh/nation/2019/07/25/comilla-road-brings-commuter-woes-2 , as well as Google Scholar results for papers published by academics at the institute. Per WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES I think it's reasonable to assume that sources exist

The Dhaka Tribune article gives only a passing mention to the Institute (while discussing road traffic), which does not establish notability. The only other source in the article is marked as a dead link.

Copy editing is not appropriate at this time, as the material (and the article itself) could be deleted. If these issues can be resolved, feel free to tag it for copy edit again, dating the {{copy edit}} template with the month & year at which the issues were resolved.
