Injury to carotid artery
editI heard somewhere that if either cariotid artery is severed that one can lose enough blood to die within four seconds. This may seem like trivia for some, but I think, assuming it's true, it is also indicative of the pressure prevalent in the artery. TinyMark 20:13, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
