This article describes research done through primary care physicians as "community-based clinical trials". That kind of research is normal and the most common kind of research, but it may not have been historically. I agree. Again community based tries are simply tries based done for community. For example tribal population etc. --Abhijeet Safai (talk) 06:36, 18 October 2014 (UTC)
