Internet communities

edit

I am interested in Internet communities, which by their nature are communities of interest, but different enough in my opinion to warrent their own article. If anyone reads this, please give me some advice. Corrupt one 00:18, 10 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Since there hasn't been a page formed for "online communities" I'm going to add some info on that. Alclark710 (talk) 08:30, 4 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Is there a legal name for non-business entities that might otherwise be called communities of interest? or more precisely, a legal name for an entity that has no financial accountability to its participants, but represents a distinct collective intellectual or social effort, and therefore may have exclusive rights to its own name. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cybersecurityczar (talkcontribs) 23:02, 17 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think that you can add different categories, by doing this you can talk about how these groups came together, how they found each other. Also talking about how different factors like religion, language and social norms affect communities of interest.Saracadona (talk)
