Other Manufacturers?

edit

I thought that Floriani's Total Control was one of the industry leaders, but I don't see it on the list. Am I mistaken, or is it known by another name? Timrprobocom (talk) 06:26, 2 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • I added it. Wilcom tends to be the 800 pound gorilla of embroidery software. I've seen Floriani at some trade shows, it's certainly out there but it's not that big of a player. Wish there was some way to get a good set of statistics here. Tat (talk) 16:08, 6 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Open source software

edit

Until recently it was quite difficult to find open source embroidery (digitizing) software that would appeal to people with some background in drawing and that works.

We now got InkStitch and it does work (you can google for examples). It could have its own page I think, but if I understand right, it must become somewhat notable first. It's an InkScape extension, originally based on this. A few weeks ago I made an entry to the table.
