Mantis supports LDAP
editFYI, the Mantis Bug Tracker supports LDAP authentication. That's how my site uses it. Configuration is done via the config_inc.php file. Ours does LDAP lookups against a Netware server.
See LDAP for more information.
Team Foundation Server is not a bug tracker
editSee Team Foundation Server. It is a source control system, with some feature for project tracking, but is not a "bug tracking system" per se. If you leave it included, the question of "does it integrate with source control" is strange, because it *is* one.
Table Omissions
editIn order to be able to filter the table data to apply my own criteria, I loaded all the tables as of 12:00 15 June 2013 into an Excel spreadsheet. [Edit: updated on 4 December 2016]. This showed that, unsurprisingly, some tables are missing entries for some issue-tracking systems. I've updated the "General" table so that it has entries for all systems (just one was missing), and corrected some alphabetic ordering, but I just don't have time at the moment to create blank lines for all missing items. For posterity, the table below shows the entries currently missing for each of the tables, if someone wants to fix them.
