editThis article, Condate Rideonum, should be focused on the Gallo-Roman period. I think there is enough coverage to warrant a separate article for this, but it should not have prehistoric and early settlement information; that is covered by the History of Rennes article. This should cover only the period when the place was actually called Condate Riedonum, from roughly the 1st to the 4th centuries. As such, I am removing a portion of the history section that was outside of this scope. Please feel free to discuss the changes I made here. Fritzmann (message me) 17:07, 2 April 2024 (UTC)
- Further, I have removed information that was broad and mostly quotations of Julius Caesar, which are tangential to the topic of this article and do not mention the city in any way. Fritzmann (message me) 17:10, 2 April 2024 (UTC)
