Yes. Whoever wrote this article doesn't know very much, seeming to imply that it is outlawed everywhere in the US. There are quite a few states that specifically allow for Confession of Judgments. New Jersey and Pennsylvania are 2 of them.--Davidwiz 20:28, 20 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Globalize

This article deals only with state laws in the USA. It exists or at least existed in Victorian times also in English law, so it is quite possibly also dealt with in other English-derived legal systems either as something legal or illegal. Thryduulf (talk) 00:12, 23 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
