King Caucus

King Caucus redirects here, but nowhere in the article is it explained what King Caucus is and how it is related to the topic of the redirect target article. Either add a section named 'King Caucus' where the term is explained, or remove the redirect, explain the term in its own page, with an appropriate link to this page.
