Why is this section here? I feel it would work better in the Killings and aftermath of the Mountain Meadows massacre article, so I moved a little of it over there and combined with the information already there, then deleted the rest since all the information was already repeated on the main Massacre article and the Killings and aftermath of the Mountain Meadows massacre, that is the reason for the delete. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mangoman88 (talkcontribs) 19:42, 13 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

-:-Ok, I just want a more accurate account of what you've done here.

history of Killings and aftermath of the Mountain Meadows massacre was 13,615 bytes before it was edited and is now 13,579 bytes after the editing. a loss of 36 bytes

history of Conspiracy and siege of the Mountain Meadows massacre went from 26,421 bytes to 24,066 bytes, a loss of 2355 bytes.

Ok, look if you want to move stuff around in an article, fine. If you want to move info to another article, fine. If you want to reword, fine. If you want to delete stuff, fine. But don't move-delete-reword all in one, especially on this scale, because it makes it almost impossible for others to follow what you did. This is something vandals and whitewashers pull to hide their edits. I've got 7 firefox windows and well over 300 tabs open right now and I can barely follow what you've done here.

A better method is to Move the sections that need moving, And Delete the sections from the moved article.

Then. Go back through each article and Delete and Re-word the sentences, pictures, and sentences with missing cites...

,all in a step by step process.

This makes it easier for others to follow what you've done.

I may have been a bit hasty in my undoing of your doings, I found some missing info. and reverted all of your changes. Hopefully, I will get the time to spend a few hours here in the next few days to go through your edits to figure out exactly what you did. But at the same time, I'm wondering if I shouldn't just revert your edits and ask that you do things in a more orderly manner. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Razarax (talkcontribs) 14:00, 14 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
