"closed map" comment
editI'm not altogether certain what's meant, but it looks like "the inclusion map is a closed map". If that's the case, then the topology on Spec(B) should be mentioned too. Probably Zariski on Spec(B)? Rschwieb (talk) 14:41, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Failure to avoid a contradiction at the end?
editPlease consider the last paragraph:
“Despite the terminology being similar, the constructible topology is not the same as the set of all constructible sets.[2]”
Specifically, the phrase “the set of all constructive sets” is self-contradictory, because it suffers from the same malady as Russell’s paradox. One reason I’ve not changed it is that I got tired of some jerk deleting all of my edits a year or so ago. Maybe the original author of this passage can address my concern and then make the edits, and then the corrected version might escape the gaze of my wiki-stalker....
