- the definition in the source has local scope
- the term "sparse collection" is nonstandard
- the observation applies to arbitrary collections of mutually exclusive events

Counterexample needed
editArticle needs counter-example: a Borel set that is not a continuity set... In particular, the article on convergence of measures states that a sequence of measures P_n converges weakly when
- lim P_n(A) = P(A) for all continuity sets A of measure P.
