Image copyright problem with Image:Macintosh System 7.5.3 screenshot.png
editThe image Image:Macintosh System 7.5.3 screenshot.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

I've added a rationale to the image and put it back in the article. Jeez, I wonder why people are even allowed to put an image into a page without a rationale written up anymore? The editing system should just pop up a gigantic WARNING! YOU ARE ABOUT TO ADD IMAGES WITHOUT A RATIONALE, IF YOU DO NOT RATIONALIZE THE IMAGES SOON, THEY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED IN THE FUTURE notice or something when people're submitting stuff. 72.235.10.142 (talk) 05:25, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
Greetings, I would like to illustrate the latest use of Control Strip with an image from Apple's Human Interface Guidelines: https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/OSXHIGuidelines/Art/touch_bar_2x.png.
This documentation is free, publicly available, and requires no special registration or login, unlike its Apple Developer documentation.
Can someone please weigh in on how this would fit (or not) with WP's image guidelines? Thank you. Solardays (talk) 00:35, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
