what about article 15 hearings...
editThe article currently says: "The appointees serve as the military judge and members of the "panel", which decides the guilt or innocence of a person standing trial before the court-martial or military commission." But doesn't the convening authority also appoint people to an article 15 hearing -- a kind of preliminary hearing -- which is not a court-martial. Geo Swan (talk) 16:54, 28 March 2015 (UTC)
