I would like to suggest adding a recent lawsuit against Cooke Inc. to their Wikipedia page, which alleges that Cooke Inc set up an illegal U.S. shell company to cover up its foreign ownership. There is another article about the lawsuit here.
Hi @Kidfinesse, that's fine with adding, and I see that you have already done so. I fixed the WP:MOS for the sentence/citation structure. I would recommend, though, for more context to be provided on top of what you have already added. If it helps in brainstorming, here are some questions that a reader could be left asking:
Is there more context for Cooke's operations in the U.S. which could be provided?
What specific allegations are being made against Cooke, or what is specifically being alleged?
Has there been evidence presented to support the allegations? If so, what has been presented?
Who filed the lawsuit, is there additional context on their grounds for doing so?
What U.S. regulations have Cooke been alleged to have violated?
