Delete or include content
editThis should be brought up for deletion again or include significant details on the diet. This reads like an ad that wants you to 'click for more'.

- Well, no. This article is pretty much nothing but a plug for a particular diet, and at least 95% a paean to the apparent genius of Sanford "The Cookie Doctor" Siegal (not to be confused with Sanford Segal). Adding in three other diet names and giving the article a "generic" title is at best weaselly. Siegal is not WP notable, and neither is the SfL diet. I'd say to end it.
