Split or Stay?
editWhen evergreen line comes up, there will be two Coquitlam Central station: one for WCE, one for Skytrain. Should we stay with one station, or split them into two? George Leung (talk) 02:32, 30 November 2016 (UTC)
- They actually were two separate articles at one point in the past and were merged into the present one. Don't see any point of reverting back to split articles, especially considering the station has the same name (and it would also be against convention - you don't see separate articles about stations like Waterfront). - Well, you can argue the Waterfront being in one building, so it's okay. As I wasn't anywhere near the Coquitlam Station, I do not know if they are close enough to be considered as an extension. George Leung (talk) 04:08, 30 November 2016 (UTC)
- Actually, there were never two that were merged... there was one that got renamed from Coquitlam Central station to Coquitlam Central railway station and back again. Anyway, primary source makes it seem like it'll be all one complex and TransLink seems to be referring to it as just one station. So I think for this one, we stick with one station. - Huh, I thought there had been a separate Coquitlam Central station article. Sweetnhappy (talk) 08:38, 30 November 2016 (UTC)

- Basically Commercial and Broadway used to be two before becoming a 4-platform station, huh? Anyway will be riding on Dec 3. Wonder if it's gonna be a total pain to walk from the station to the mall.George Leung (talk) 07:48, 1 December 2016 (UTC)
