Flagship product not the same as core product

It is stated here that a flagship product is the same thing as a core product. I disagree. The term "flagship product" relates to a range of products and denotes the product that best represents the projected values of the company. For example, the flagship of the Mercedes-Benz range woudl be the Mercedes-Benz S-Class while it can be argued that the flagship of the BMW range is the BMW 3 Series. Confusion with Flagship article

Hello all,

It appears that this article is not a good indicator of "flagship product", as there is a separate page Flagship that also has information about flagship products. These two articles should either be merged together, or better separated. ChunyangD (talk) 22:32, 10 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
