cos sequence
editI am not sure exactly what this is, just googled it and am inserting my best guess. However. the concept of "cos sequence" seems central to the definition of a cosmid, so I hope someone will correct-expand my work. --VonWoland 02:25, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
