Proposed Additions
editNewtonian gauge:
The Newtonian Gauge formulation should be fleshed out given its importance to the way the current theory is used. Both the Newtonian gauge formulation of the field equations as well as the Boltmann equation should be included.
Relativistic cosmology:
There is currently no wiki entry for relativistic cosmology. This is a pity, in particular references to dynamical systems methods in relativistic cosmology.

Most modern cosmological observations would be functionally useless without these techniques as they could not be practically linked to observations; cosmological perturbation theory is a fundamental technique in modern cosmology. This topic is worth expanding. |

Merge with Primordial fluctuations
editI have proposed that this page be merged with Primordial fluctuations - the pages cover very similar topics. Absolutelypuremilk (talk) 10:44, 15 August 2016 (UTC)
I disagree - the computation of primordial fluctuations is one particular application of the set of techniques. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.141.1.82 (talk) 09:52, 22 September 2016 (UTC)
Perturbation theory is very different from primordial fluctuations. The latter are the initial conditions, the former is how such fluctuations change with time MikeHudsonAstro (talk) 12:29, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
