Can anyone provide more info about this being a product of "Larenceburg, USA"? I am trying to clean up some internal links to disambiguation pages, but can't determine where Sam Cougar comes from. old usegroups articles make me think somewhere in Australia...maybe...? 3idiot 01:00, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
- The product web site says "Cougar XS Bourbon is produced in Lawrenceburg USA." Presumably, it is produced by Lawrenceburg Distillers Indiana, since I believe that is the only significant bourbon producer in that location. Although it is a brand sold only outside the U.S., it is produced in the U.S. In fact, all bourbon whiskey is produced in the U.S. (or at least all of the products legally sold as bourbon whiskey in most major countries, because the U.S. actively negotiates international trade agreements that contain that requirement). —BarrelProof (talk) 21:41, 19 February 2013 (UTC)
