CounterSpy (software) → CounterSpy (security software) – CounterSpy (video game) is also software. Compare Talk:Dune (mathematics software), Talk:Apprentice (Magic: The Gathering software), etc. * Pppery * it has begun... 16:07, 27 April 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. Safari ScribeEdits! - Oppose I don't think there is much risk of confusion. Video games are rarely referred to as "software" these days, despite technically being such. It's more of a relic from the days when games were thought of as "just another piece of software" rather than their own entertainment genre. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 12:09, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
- I have also added a hatnote in the article, since it was lacking one. I think it's sufficient to differentiate them for anyone who incorrectly goes there. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 12:11, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
- Strong support clearly ambiguous. We should not be encouraging ambiguous naming, usuing broader terms for less likely topics, making it seem like the lesser topic is the primary topic by inference. - 65.92.247.66 (talk) 03:43, 2 May 2024 (UTC)
- Comment one would think this one would be described as a utility or security software instead of as just software -- 65.92.247.66 (talk) 03:45, 2 May 2024 (UTC)

- Support the security software has 30 views but the video game has 497[[1]]. Crouch, Swale (talk) 18:14, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
