That article had some relevant, useful content before it was PRODded and deleted. If anyone wants to request a copy of the deleted article in their userspace that they may use it to expand this article I would be happy to oblige. On a separate note, this article reminds me of another type of "counting-out game" I remember playing as a kid. It was very simple: "Boy scout, walk out". That was it.
