(1) I feel that authority for the Claim Production Centre stems from the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) themselves; the Practice Direction appears to be subsiduary and to expand Rule 7.10.
I have expanded Creation slightly to better show this.
(2) On a related note I am still trying to trace discussions and statutes that refer to the CCBC.
Stat Dec controversy
editShould the article mention the controversy over Out-of-Time Statutory Declarations, Stays of Execution, and other procedural motions put before the Bulk Centre or its alter ego the Traffic Enforcement Centre (TEC) ?
Because the Centre has no real lawyers, these are simply passed to the plaintiffs, and it is the plaintiffs who are asked whether or not to accept them. Jheald (talk) 23:22, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
