It should not have to take an AFD for an article to be sourced.Slatersteven (talk) 12:47, 19 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

The corollary to that assertion is that prior to AFDing one should look WP:BEFORE for sources. However, the praxis is such that often an AfD will prove stimulating to those who might not want to see an article deleted.Icewhiz (talk) 13:23, 19 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
