TV credits
editCourtney has appeared on Australia's Next Top Model, Good Morning Australia, Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Cheez TV and Fat Pizza. Can anyone find references for these and what episode? Shane's IMDb lists none of them. Burnberrytree (talk) 00:20, 7 June 2013 (UTC)

Pun of Stage Name
editHello there,
Just as a little titbit: Why is the pun more pronounced in an allegedly non-rhotic accent? I get that it may be more serviceable if less properly pronounced, but the element of rhoticity escapes me. There's literally no "r" in the name.
Cheerio Avichai~dewiki (talk) 23:01, 2 February 2018 (UTC)
- I think you will find that the fourth letter of "Courtney Act" is, in fact, literally an "r".
- If you need more explanation... when "Courtney Act" is spoken using a non-rhotic accent of English, such as that largely spoken in much of England, Australia and New Zealand, the absence of the voiced "r" makes the pun obvious, unlike when it is spoken in a rhotic accent such as one common to much of America, Ireland and Scotland, when the "r" is obviously voiced. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:EA01:1090:8D5C:3A4C:8DC9:ED9C (talk) 20:07, 6 February 2018 (UTC)

Courtney Act @courtneyactReplying to @narcxssus
@edmundcorcoran Not overly fussed. Usually he when I'm a boy and she when I'm a girl. "He" always feels a bit aggressive in drag
14 August 2015[1]
Pretty sure that's what this article is doing already but since I just came across it, adding to the talk page for future reference. I have seen other refs saying Jenek/Courtney uses they/them pronouns out of drag[2][3], but others which (implicitly) cite that tweet[4] I wonder if someone somewhere just made the leap from "gender fluid" to they/them and it's just been since repeated. Anyway, just wanted to note that sources do say different things but I think continuing to use *he* for Jenek is fine.

- I just changed a few uses of "he" to "she". Some additional work may be needed, but these were glaring errors. ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:07, 31 January 2019 (UTC)
NEW PICTURE!!!
editHi, I really feel like Courtney deserves a new (better) picture than the one she has but I don't know how to do that? Could anyone else change it?

- @Darce98: if you yourself took a better photo of Courtney, you can upload it to Wikimedia and license it accordingly, but Wikipedia is limited to photos which have specific licenses. Umimmak (talk) 04:16, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
