Moving the article

edit

Whoever decided to move this article from Courts of Denmark to Judicial court system of Denmark? I see no reason - what so ever - for such a move. The new title is really awkward: Judicial Court System are just other words for Juriciary which again is another word for courts. I'm reversing the re-direct. Nstenberg

I moved it from ”Judicial system of Denmark” to ”Judicial court system of Denmark”, because ”Justitsvæsenet” translates to General judicial system, and since Domstolsstyrelsen is part of the General judicial system and administrates the courts, it would sound strange if it administrates the “Judicial system of Denmark”. So I put in a court. Why I was moved from “Courts of Denmark” to ”Judicial system of Denmark” I don’t know, but it happened well over a year ago. Remember when you move an article; please cleanup the links and redirect. Also remember to moved the talk page. Twthmoses 13:37, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Funny - I didn't even know it had been moved to "Judicial system of Denmark" :-) Thanks for the link cleanup and redirect on that! Nstenberg

Well done!

Accuracy of the image

edit

Hello,

For some random reason which I forget :-), I am the creator of this image:

The article indicates that the court system experienced changes at the beginning of 2007; however, the data in the diagram is older than that. If this image is still correct, can someone please add it back into the article; otherwise, tell me how it needs to be updated and I will upload a corrected version. OK, a few years later, but here is an updated graphic (in Danish): http://www.domstol.dk/om/organisation/organisationsdiagram/Pages/default.aspx . The main structure is unchanged, but there are more details in this graphic, and the "County Courts" are now called "District Courts" in English (and there are fewer of them). It is a bit of a balance how much info to put into a simple graphic like this one. I would probbly remove the Special Court of Appeals, and add the court systems (not entire structure) of Greenland and the Faroe Islands. — Preceding unsigned comment added by NisJørgensen (talkcontribs) 10:12, 27 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
