I've posted a note at the Boxing Project in the hope that someone with more knowldge than I will take an interest in helping deciding whether subject meets WP:GNG and providing references.--Plad2 (talk) 06:40, 25 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
Having boxed professionally I would think he meets the requirements, however the Boxing project may have additional input - I'm not bothered either way. In the meantime I've added a basic reference and also his stats from the boxrec website. I also pulled out some of the commentary and POV phrasing in hopes of making it more encylopedic; anything I've removed can be added back in as long of it's referenced and neutral, it's all available in the history. Although autobiographies are strongly discouraged, is there anything in the article as it stands that you find particularly problematic? A couple editors (including myself) have culled the majority of the self-serving commentary and puffery, and it reads neutrally to me; however you could always edit it back further if you see additional issues. You could also take it to AfD, but I'm not sure that "I think it's an autobiography" will fly as a nomination rationale unless it's tied in with notability concerns. --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots13:39, 24 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
