Construction

Can a description be added?

This article doesn't currently give any description of the earthwork, such as its shape, size, height of ridges or depth of furrows, and so on. Earthworks (archaeology) lists many different kinds of earthwork, so the nature of any specific earthwork isn't obvious if you don't already know. (The article does give some hints about what Cranmore Castle is like — it mentions a theory that it was a hill fort, which I guess rules out earthworks that no one could mistake for a hill fort; it mentions "the area it encloses", which presumably rules out earthworks that don't enclose areas; and it includes a photograph captioned "Cranmore Castle" that shows a grassy area with a ridge in the middle ground, where I'm guessing that the ridge forms part of the earthwork — but, there's nothing explicit.) Can someone who's familiar with Cranmore Castle add a physical description?
