Criticism
editI guess I don't understand why their style of play was criticised. Can someone please explain to an American why their style was different and perhaps out of order? --Chris Griswold 09:52, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
- Probably because it was unsportsmanlike and unattractive style of play. The style is seen as not playing the game as its supposed to be played. Having said that, there's nothing technically wrong with the style and it is indeed effective. Mark272 11:56, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
Clyde FC
editSomeone keeps adding that Clyde FC had a few ex-Wimbledon players who were up to pranks and classify them as of the Crazy Gang mould. This is not significant enough to warrant mention on the page. There are tons of players around the world who are behaving like the Crazy gang, but you must be well known and famous enough, or at least, play at the highest level, for this to be significant enough. No offence, but do not add such information to the page again, or it will be seen as a Vanity infringement. To suggest that these unknown lads from Clyde FC are part of the Crazy Gang that many in society are familiar with is an insult to the newsworthiness and significance policy of Wikipedia. Editors, please take note. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 27.111.0.12 (talk) 11:53, 25 November 2010 (UTC)
