A lot of exonyms here are just made up. Ankara is Ankara, not Angora, and English names of places in USA are written the same in Croatian. Also, some of the "historical" exonyms should be cleared up as well. Dresden is for sure not Dražđane, at least not for the last 50 years or so. I've never ever in my life heard Biograd for Beograd.
