It’s "Крокус Сити". Yes, "siti" and not "gorod" because of complex matters of foreign-language prestige, sensationalism, capitalist greed, and unwashed masses — all churning the huge inferiority complex that permeates modern day Russian chauvinism and hostility towards the U.S. (sometimes erroneously subsumed to be “the West”).
