World Map

edit

It would be nice with one of those maps showing legislation across the world, as you have for some other sites on law. Dunno if one exists / if someone can create it tho. J.Ring 23:00, 16 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

More coverage is required

edit

The name of the article is generic, yet only provide (limited) details on cryptography laws in US and France. Major European countries (Germany, Spain, ...), China, Russia and beyond that holds a dominant place in global tech landscape are also seeing massive changes and should be included here to increase the subject coverage of this article. Missing Content

edit

Should include Australia's recent (2018) bill requiring companies to provide law enforcement and security agencies access to the plaintext of encrypted communications, and those effects on other Australian and world industries. [1]
