This looks like a good stub -- but it needs more context! As a rule, avoid the passive voice. In any event, please explain clearly who uses this term (I am certain that in other contexts, other speakers mean something entirely different by "cultural controles" -- so please provide more context, Slrubenstein

I felt there was a need for a stub when I updated the Herbicide entry. Perhaps it belongs somewhere else.. I put in the stub text in an effort to provide a degree of context. You are correct in observing that the title may be ambiguous. Not sure what to do about that, and never intended to go beyond a stub page as there are probably some organic growers who can do a much better job than I can.
