Failed "good article" nomination

This article failed good article nomination. This is how the article, as of January 28, 2011, compares against the six good article criteria:

1. Well written?: The prose is weak. Most of the article reads not as an encyclopedic exploration of the topic but as a quick-fire list of facts about anything relating to Malaysia.

2. Factually accurate?: Many statements seem to be generalisations, but all the content is sourced.

3. Broad in coverage?: Good depth of content. Presented in a logical way.

4. Neutral point of view?: No obvious problems.

5. Article stability? No obvious problems.

6. Images?: Engaging and sensible use of images.

Weak prose is the only thing that's holding this article back.
