Waterville

Although I knew the name Waterville long before I knew about Cummings Township, I am proposing that Waterville be merged into Cummings Township. 1. Villages are not defined by PA state law, they have no municipal standing. 2. They are basically just a place name, sometimes a post office name. 3. The short Waterville section in the Cummings Twp. article has more info in it than Waterville, Pennsylvania. Thoughts. I am open for discussion. Dincher (talk) 01:31, 30 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
