a magazine source
edit- There are a lot of career facts and a lot of shenanigans stories in the following article: Moore, Bob, "Curtis Turner", Stock Car Racing (ISSN 0734-7340), Volume 28, Number 6, June 1993. Barno 00:16, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Givin' 'em Chevelle
editThis page calls the pictured Turner car the real thing from '67; this page calls it a replica of the '66. Which is it? TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 23:37, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
7/8 Chevelle
editI'm removing the 7/8 Chevelle comment because it isn't, and cannot, be credited to a reputable source as it simply isn't true. Within the auto racing community this is well known as a 'tall tale' of sorts and posting it here defeats the purpose of an encyclopedia altogether. Syr74 (talk) 18:55, 29 October 2011 (UTC)
