Writings

edit

The Writings section might be more useful if someone could translate the Latin titles. Also, can anyone confirm that "Confutatio cavillationum quibus..." was actually written by Tunstall, as there appears to be a book of of the same name, published in the same year, written by Stephen Gardiner? Tunstall's chapel

edit

It would perhaps be good to put a photo of the Tunstall Chapel in Durham Castle into this article. -- Strib 07:45, 27 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Copy-edit and references

edit

I just did a copy-edit of the article, but I think it could still flow a lot better. The intro needs work too...

Also, what about more external references and proper citing them? Silverwolf85 (talk) 00:17, 7 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Scots

edit

It would be helpful to have a bit of information about either the subject of the bishop's negotiations with the Scots, or the identity of the Scots involved, or both. I rather doubt (as the link at "Scots" suggests) that he was negotiating with the entire Scottish people. So I'm removing that link. But I really would like to know more about his discussions with them. --Haruo (talk) 14:10, 17 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
