Plot

I thought the Wiki project thingy was to build a COMPREHENSIVe guid to movies. This is really sketchy! Reception

I added a citation for the box office bit, linking to imdb. Soundtrack

John Debney's music for Cutthroat Island is considered one of the best swashbuckling scores and overall best film scores ever. Check the rave reviews in soundtrack.net. They should do an extensive article about the score, as it has been released in three CD's (four, I should say), two of them pretty much the same but with different covers and labels and an extended edition, with two CD's. The second has unused cues, a syntheziser demo and two tracks not by Debney but that were orchestrated by him (one of them was played in Renny Harlin's wedding with Geena Davis). Either way, they should make an article for it. It's importance is that although the movie was forgettable, the score is still remembered. A friend of mine, a specialist in film music, considered it "better than John Williams". That's gotta count for something Not even Pirates of the Caribbean surpassed it in spectacularity, as the later was more syntheziser based (as with most of Hans Zimmer's works). And Pirates gets a whole article for each soundtrack. That's just not fair --Surten (talk) 03:37, 13 May 2008 (UTC)Surten. And that brings me to the following:

I'm writing this comment in all of the articles about special editions of soundtracks. I suggest to create an article (or a portal if it was needed) with a list of soundtracks that have been expanded in several and more complete editions, as I find interesting to see which scores have been succesful enough that many editions and much more complete versions have been released. Box Office Flops
