Buzzword?

Not sure how to put this in a neutral way, but in general we are supposed to avoid euphemisms and stick to normal English. This term seems to be a neologism in use by the NSF, or at least for federal research in the US. Has it ever caught on in the rest of the world? W Nowicki (talk) 22:43, 18 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
